Owned by Phil and Carol Baily, the Baily winery got its humble beginnings in 1981 when the couple purchased a home and acreage in the Temecula wine country. They began growing grapes on one acre of land and the following year added six more acres. In 1986 the Baily Winery became a reality. The vineyards now encompass over sixty acres of varietal grapes and produce many award winning wines. The Winery hosts a wine tasting room, gift shop and Baily's Café. Among the award-winning wines that are available for you to enjoy and order on- line are the Gold Medal Winner 2002 Montage, Bronze Medal Winner 2002 Riesling, Gold Medal Winner 2002 Muscat Blanc, Silver Medal Winner 1998 Meritage and the Silver Medal Winner 2000 Serenity, a late harvest wine. |
